| MoonFire Corporation announces DialVision/PBX interfaces
Mead, CO (May 19, 2002) MoonFire Corporation today announced
the enhancement of its DialVision
Web-based CIM
/ Telemarketing application to interface with several PBXs and Switches.
Whether installing DialVision
locally, or renting
the application via MoonFires ASP portal, it is now possible for
DialVision
to control the dialing on the following telecom equipment:
Avayas Definity Switch, Nortels Meridian, 3Coms NBX, Artisofts
TeleVantage, Toshibas Strata CS CommServer, Intecoms PBX, and Net2Phone.
MoonFire is a "pure play" ASP, and offers the 100%
Web-based DialVision
as either
a "Managed" or "Unmanaged" ASP; as well as a locally-installed
solution.
MoonFire has traditionally licensed its software for installation
at customer sites. Tracy Jones, President and CEO of MoonFire, said, "We are
delighted to be one of the few Independent Software Vendors with a product that is
designed from the ground up as a 100% web-based HTML application, allowing it to be used
effectively in an ASP environment, for Distributed Contact Centers, or even for remote
agents. Developing the telephone interfaces to be managed by the client PC allows DialVision to control the dialing, even if the
DialVision
Servers are in one physical location and the agents and PBX
are in another."
MoonFires ASP portal allows traditional or remote
agents to access the Web-servers centralized database through a Web browser. The
application also allows organizations with multiple Contact Centers to function
from one centralized database and report on each Contact Center individually, or report on
productivity across the organization.
MoonFires ASP offering is unique in that
MoonFire personnel assume responsibility for all the "high-tech" tasks that are
usually managed by the customers staff. Jones said "Small to medium-sized
organizations have great difficulty in attracting and keeping highly-paid technology
experts. MoonFire maintains all the Web and Database Servers eliminating the need for
customers to hire Network Administrators. MoonFire also manages all the technical aspects
of the database, such as imports, so the customer doesnt have to hire a Database
Administrator. This is an even greater issue for organizations with a need to staff
multiple Contact Centers."
